Vážení zástupcovia klienta,

v súvislosti s opatreniami prijatými Vládou Slovenskej republiky spojených s minimalizáciou dopadov šírenia koronavírusu (COVID-19) a v záujme ochrany zdravia našich zamestnancov CLC zavádza dočasné opatrenia s dopadom na spôsob výkonu našich činností. V danej súvislosti týmto dávame na vedomie nasledovné interné obmedzenia CLC:

  • Telefonická dostupnosť bude zabezpečená prostredníctvom kontaktných čísiel CLC v pracovných dňoch v čase od 9:00 hod do 16:00 hod.
  • Osobná prítomnosť jednotlivých odborných poradcov v prevádzkovom čase CLC nie je garantovaná. Po telefonickej požiadavke sekretariát CLC zabezpečí, aby ste boli kontaktovaný požadovaným alebo povereným zástupcom CLC do 15 minút.
  • V rámci mailovej komunikácie nedochádza k žiadnym obmedzeniam.
  • Osobné termíny sa vylučujú až do odvolania. V prípade potreby sekretariát CLC zabezpečí tele- alebo video-konferenciu. Vzhľadom k zavedeniu harmonogramu striedavej prítomnosti zamestnancov prosíme o vznesenie požiadavky na tele- resp. video-konferenciu s časovým predstihom.

Súčasne zo strany vedenia CLC boli zabezpečené opatrenia smerujúce k tomu, aby priebeh Vašich prípadov nebol vyššie uvedenými obmedzeniami a aktuálnou situáciou žiadnym významným spôsobom limitovaný. V prípade, ak nastanú okolnosti s možným negatívnym dopadom na Vaše záujmy, budete o takejto situácii vopred informovaný.

Dovoľte, aby sme v aktuálnej situácii popriali Vám, Vašim kolegom a blízkym (a vlastne všetkým), zdravie, vnútorný kľud a možno i potrebnú dávku šťastia. Veríme, že šíriaca sa nákaza nezasiahne Vaše okolie a ak áno, že bude k dispozícii dostatok síl na porazenie choroby. Prajeme Vám, aby ste dopad prípadne uvalených karanténnych opatrení premenili na príjemné chvíle s Vašou rodinou alebo na vykonanie tých vecí, ktoré ste vykonať vždy chceli, ale v rámci nastaveným priorít na ne neostával čas. Dúfame, že k ukončeniu pandémie dôjde v najbližšom období a že zakrátko na súčasné dni budem spomínať ako na zásadnú skúsenosť, z ktorej si odnášame významné poučenie o životných hodnotách.

Dear Clients’s Representatives,

in response to the measures taken by the Government of the Slovak Republic to minimize the impact of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to protect the health of our employees, CLC has also taken temporary measures affecting the performance of our activities. In this context, we would like to inform you about our internal restrictions:

  • You may contact out law office through the telephone calls using CLC contact numbers from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on business days.
  • The personal presence of individual expert advisers at our law office is not guaranteed during opening hours. Upon telephone request, the CLC Secretariat will ensure that you are contacted by the requested or authorized CLC representative within 15 minutes.
  • There are no restrictions on e-mail communication.
  • Dates of personal meetings are cancelled until further notice. If necessary, the CLC Secretariat shall organize telephone or video conferencing. Due to the scheduled alternating presence of our employees at the office, please send us your request for the telephone or video conference in advance.

The CLC Management has also taken steps to ensure that the course of your cases is not significantly restricted by the above measures and the current situation. If circumstances arise with a potential negative impact on your interests, you will be informed in advance of such a situation.

In the current situation, we wish you, your families and colleagues (and indeed all people) good health, inner peace and an extra dose of happiness. We believe that the spread of the disease will not affect your surroundings and, if so, that enough forces will be available to control the disease. We wish you to transform the impact of any possible quarantine measures into pleasant moments with your family or possibility to do the things you always wanted to but there was no time left for them due to other priorities. We believe the pandemic will come to an end in the near future and we will shortly recall the present days as a fundamental experience teaching us a lesson about the most important asset in our lives.

Sehr geehrte Vertreter unserer Klientel,

im Zusammenhang mit den seitens der Regierung der Slowakischen Republik verabschiedeten Maßnahmen verbunden mit der Minimierung der Auswirkungen der Ausweitung des Corona-Viren und im Interesse des Gesundheitsschutzes unserer Mitarbeiter führt CLC zeitweilige Maßnahmen mit der Auswirkung auf die Weise der Realisierung unserer Tätigkeiten ein. In diesem Zusammenhang möchten wir folgende interne Beschränkungen der CLC bekanntmachen:

  • Telefonische Erreichbarkeit wird mittels von Kontaktnummern der CLC während der Arbeitstage von 9:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr sichergestellt.
  • Persönliche Anwesenheit der einzelnen Fachberater während der Betriebszeiten von CLC ist nicht garantiert. Nach einer telefonischen Anfrage wird das Sekretariat von CLC sicherstellen, daß Sie von einem angefragten oder beauftragten Vertreter von CLC bis zu 15 Minuten kontaktiert werden.
  • Im Rahmen der Mailkommunikation kommt es zu keinen Beschränkungen.
  • Persönliche Termine werden bis zum Abruf ausgeschlossen. Bei Bedarfsfall stellt das Sekretariat der CLC eine Tele- oder Video-Konferenz sicher. In Bezug auf die Einführung des Zeitplans einer abwechselnden Anwesenheit unserer Mitarbeiter bitten wir Sie um eine Anfragenerhebung auf eine Tele- bzw. Video-Konferenz in einem ausreichenden zeitlichen Vorsprung.

Zugleich wurden seitens der Leitung von CLC Maßnahmen sichergestellt, die sich darauf richten, daß der Verlauf Ihrer Fälle durch die o. g. Beschränkungen und die aktuelle Situation durch keine bedeutende Weise limitiert wird. Sollten Umstände mit einer möglichen negativen Auswirkung auf Ihre Interessen aufkommen, werden Sie über eine solche Situation im Voraus informiert.

Erlauben Sie uns, daß wir Ihnen, Ihren Kollegen und nahstehenden Personen (und eigentlich allen), Gesundheit, innere Ruhe und vielleicht auch die notwendige Portion an Glück wünschen. Wir hoffen, daß die sich ausweitende Epidemie, nicht in Ihr Umfeld gelangt, und falls ja, daß es ausreichend Kräfte dafür geben wird, um die Krankheit zu besiegen. Wir wünschen Ihnen, daß Sie die Auswirkung der möglicherweise eingeführten Quarantänemaßnahmen auf angenehme Momente mit Ihrer Familie und zur Realisierung von Tätigkeiten nutzen, die Sie bereits immer machen wollten, jedoch im Rahmen von festgelegten Prioritäten für diese keine Zeit verblieb. Wir hoffen, daß es in nächster Zeit zur Beendigung Beendigung der Pandemie kommt und daß wir in Kürze an die heutigen Tage nur als auf eine grundlegende Erfahrung zurückblicken werden, aus der wir uns bedeutende Belehrung über unsere Lebenswerte fortragen werden.
